Scope and current availability

TrackerTemplate provides digital organisational templates. Product descriptions identify the offered format, features, compatibility, and any licence-specific conditions. The current checkout uses Razorpay test mode: ₹499 or US$4.99 per tracker are demo amounts, no real charge is made, and completing it creates a demo order for tracker delivery, not a binding paid order.

Accounts and free CSV samples are available. A styled preview is not a representation that the free CSV includes formulas, formatting, automation, or every feature planned for a full template.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement, or appropriate parent/guardian authority where permitted. Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and should report suspected compromise promptly.

You must not impersonate another person, create accounts to abuse the service, share unauthorised access, bypass access controls, or try to obtain administrator privileges.

Permission to use our templates

Unless a product listing states otherwise, a valid download or purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt that template for your own personal or internal business organisation. Ownership of the underlying template, design, instructions, and branding remains with TrackerTemplate or its licensors.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share downloadable copies, sublicense, give away paid templates, or package substantially similar copies as your own product without written permission. You may not remove ownership notices to misrepresent authorship.

You own the information you independently enter into your working copies. Purchasing a template does not give us ownership of that information. Third-party software and service licences remain separate.

Acceptable use and misuse

Use the site and files lawfully. Do not upload or distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape personal information, interfere with service availability, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use our products for fraud, harassment, or other unlawful activity.

You are responsible for your data, inputs, modifications, sharing decisions, and the way you use a template. To the extent permitted by law, TrackerTemplate is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised sharing, incorrect entries, unsupported modifications, failure to keep backups, or use contrary to the product instructions. This does not exclude responsibility that the law does not allow us to exclude.

No professional advice or guaranteed results

Templates assist with recording and organising information. They are not a substitute for qualified financial, medical, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Verify important calculations and seek appropriate advice before relying on them for significant decisions.

We do not guarantee savings, income, grades, habit formation, health outcomes, business success, or error-free results. Keep your own backups and check that your chosen software and template version meet your needs.

Future purchases, delivery, and refunds

When paid sales launch, the final product price, currency, applicable charges, format, delivery method, and relevant conditions will be shown before payment. A paid order is subject to successful payment confirmation and fulfilment. International payment availability depends on provider approval and eligibility; it is not currently promised.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, including the no-change-of-mind-refund rule after payment and successful digital delivery, subject to stated exceptions and mandatory consumer rights. Our Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy explains fulfilment.

Availability and limits of responsibility

We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but maintenance, third-party outages, software changes, and network problems may affect access or compatibility. We may correct errors and update the service. Any purchased product must still meet applicable legal obligations and its agreed description.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses resulting from your misuse of a template. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability, warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

External websites, spreadsheet platforms, email services, and payment providers operate under their own terms. Linking to them does not make us responsible for their independent services; this does not remove our own obligations to you.

Access restrictions and disputes

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, unlawful conduct, or a material breach of these terms. We will act consistently with applicable law and provide notice where appropriate. Suspension does not automatically extinguish an existing lawful claim or required remedy.

TrackerTemplate is based in Haryana, India. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you in your place of residence. Please first contact support@trackertemplate.com with concerns so we can try to resolve them. Nothing here prevents you from using legally available consumer complaint, dispute, or court processes. Mandatory protections applicable to you continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will show the current revision date. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements; they do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
