Information we handle

Account details: the name and email address you provide, an account identifier, confirmation status, and authentication information needed to sign you in. A password is required for password-based accounts; our authentication service processes it securely rather than displaying it as profile data. Never share your password with support.

Support correspondence: your email address, the message you send, and information you choose to provide to help us resolve an issue. Avoid sending sensitive tracker contents.

Technical information: hosting and authentication systems may process IP addresses, browser/device information, security events, timestamps, and diagnostic logs to operate and protect the service. Our current interface uses necessary session cookies and browser storage for sign-in and your preview cart.

Free sample files are downloaded directly. We do not receive the information you later enter into your own downloaded spreadsheets simply because you downloaded them from us. We do not currently provide a service for uploading your personal tracker contents.

How we use information

We use your name and email to create and administer your account, confirm your email, handle sign-in, respond to requests, and send essential service communications. Operational use also includes security, troubleshooting, preventing abuse, and meeting applicable legal obligations.

We do not automatically subscribe account holders to promotional mailing lists. If optional marketing is offered later, it will have a separate choice and a way to unsubscribe.

Demo checkout records your name, email, phone, billing address, country, city, region, postal code, selected products, currency, amount, consent, provider order/payment references, payment status, and delivery attempts. Optional company or tax details are recorded if supplied. These records support payment verification, email delivery, account access, support, and abuse prevention even though no real money is charged.

Service providers and disclosure

Not selling data does not mean no service provider ever processes it. Our self-hosted Supabase backend and Hostinger VPS support account and website operations. Our business email service processes account emails and support correspondence. Providers may process data as needed to perform these services.

Razorpay processes the current sandbox checkout. Payment information is entered in its payment window under its own notices and required checks. Live checkout is not enabled. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords in our database.

We may disclose limited information where required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to investigate fraud and protect lawful rights. We do not disclose information for third parties to market unrelated products to you.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand website visits and usage and improve the website. Google processes usage information such as page views, browser and device information, and referral sources. The Google tag may use analytics cookies. We do not configure it to send your account name, email address, or password. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Cookies, browser storage, and your files

Authentication cookies keep your session working. Local browser storage remembers selected product identifiers in the cart. Session storage keeps a random checkout reference so an interrupted demo order can resume in the same tab. Removing cookies can sign you out; clearing local storage can clear your cart.

Spreadsheet software, Google Sheets, email providers, and any external services you choose have their own privacy terms. Information you put into a copy stored with those services is handled under their policies.

Retention and security

We keep account information while it is needed to provide your account and resolve related operational issues. Support, security, backup, and transaction records may be kept longer where needed for legitimate operations, disputes, or legal record-keeping. We do not promise immediate removal from all backups when active records are deleted.

We use access restrictions and authentication controls to protect information. No online service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use a strong password, keep your device secure, and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.

Your requests and choices

Contact support@trackertemplate.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled in full because of legal or operational retention requirements.

Where applicable law gives you additional rights, including rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority, this policy does not remove them. Withdrawal does not undo processing already lawfully completed.

Our service is intended for adults, or users acting under an appropriate parent or guardian’s supervision where permitted by law. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us.

International processing and policy updates

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable safeguards and provider arrangements depend on the service used. We do not claim that all data stays in one country.
