Free sample delivery

Use the download button on a product page to download its free CSV sample directly. No account or payment is required. Open it in software that supports CSV, such as a compatible spreadsheet application.

A CSV is a plain data file. It does not include the styled workbook, formulas, charts, or automation shown in a full-template concept preview.

Delivery when paid products launch

The delivery method and supported format will be disclosed on the product page and live checkout before you pay. Depending on the product, this may be a downloadable file or a link to make your own copy of a spreadsheet.

Our planned delivery window is within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is clearly shown before purchase. Payment verification or an incorrect email address can delay access; contact us if access has not arrived within the stated window.

Current test checkout sends a secure account-access link to the email entered after the sandbox payment is verified. Habit tracker orders include a Google Sheets copy link and Excel attachment; other trackers deliver CSV samples. Confirm your email to download again from your purchases. Delivery normally starts within a few minutes; failed attempts are retried. This does not make a real charge.

Access and compatibility

You need an internet connection and compatible software or a third-party account where the product description requires one. Third-party subscription or software fees, if any, are separate and will not be silently included in the template price.

Review format and compatibility notes before purchase. Keep a backup of files you download. You are responsible for giving us the correct email address and protecting access links from unauthorised sharing.

Missing files or delivery problems

Check your downloads folder and, for email deliveries, your spam folder. If a file is missing, damaged, incorrect, or inaccessible, contact support@trackertemplate.com with the product name and available order reference.

We will investigate and provide access or an appropriate remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. A broken or unusable delivery link does not count as successful delivery merely because an email was sent.
